Return & Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product if you are not satisfied.

In case of a defective or incorrect product, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the order.

The product must be in its original condition.

Unused and unopened.

In its original packaging with all accessories included.

(This is due to the nature of fragrance products and to ensure quality and safety)

Shipping Costs

In case of return due to change of mind: the customer bears the shipping costs (both ways).

In case of a store error or defective product: the store covers all shipping costs.
