The store reserves the right to update prices or content at any time, with updates reflected on the website. All prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) at 15%.

Shipping Policy

Order processing time: 1 to 2 business days.
Delivery time within Saudi Arabia: 2 to 5 business days depending on the city.
Shipping fee: 20 SAR within Saudi Arabia.
Free shipping on orders of 3 products or more.
A tracking number will be sent once the order is shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product if you are not satisfied.
In case of a defective or incorrect product, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
The store covers shipping costs in case of an error or defect.
